The Generator Sales and Service Department has existed since Carpenter Electric was founded in 1982 and has continued to grow with the company. Our sales department can handle whatever you need; we have generators as small as a 5KW all the way up to an 1.5meg. There is no challenge we cannot overcome together, from handling traffic control to maintaining crucial business functionality while the switchover is completed; nothing can prevent us from installing your generator.

We will not only make sure your generator has been put in correctly and is running smoothly, but that it complies with your municipality’s specific codes and requirements. Even after the installation is done, we hope to establish an ongoing relationship with you, the customer. Our service plan is available for both generators we have and have not installed. It consists of preventative and general maintenance, 24 hour emergency service, as well as load tests to ensure that your generator will work when it needs to.
